APPOINTMENTS: You can reschedule your appointment only once with at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments aren't transferable.  Deposit is not refundable. If for any reason your appointment is canceled by our office, you will receive a full refund. By 2022 appointments will not be covered by health insurance. You are agreeing to cover the cost of the appointment.
